A moderate risk for severe storms was issued by the SPC. Despite the possibility for rapid storm motions, I set off toward Guthrie, OK and chased a tor warned supercell to Perkins. The broad area of rotation associated with the cell existed for about an hour. I followed the storm to Pawnee, when it began to lose some of it's supercell characteristics. The chase was called, and I headed home while watching distant storms to the SE.
