When it appeared conditions were ripe for a third straight chase day, I just could not resist finishing out the weekend...depsite being extremely tired from the previous two days. I had to work, but the storms fired relatively close in Western OK. Robbie met us at our house, and we went to drop Robbie's car off at my work. We also dropped Dylan off at my father-in-law's work, which was near mine. We proceeded west toward Clinton, and intercepted a storm just south of I-40. The storm briefly developed a broad rotation, however it quickly became outflow dominant and unorganized. We followed the storm north for a few miles before turning back and letting the storm overtake us...to provide a little excitement at least. We sat at a gas station for about 30 minutes watching the storms drop below severe levels before calling the chase. I made work about 21:00 CDT, and Robbie took Kellie home for me.
